Delve into the world of refined travel as we answer some frequently asked questions:
1. What determines the value of a Private Jet Charter?
The value of a private jet charter is influenced by factors such as time, location, aircraft class, and passenger count.
INFLIGHT.ART offers diverse flight options, allowing you to charter, lease, pay hourly, or even purchase an aircraft for leisurely travel. Contact us for prompt flight quotes.
2. How can I make payments for a Private Jet Charter?
Payments are made upon signing the contract, with wire transfers and bank transactions accepted during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Eastern Time). Credit cards are required for incidentals, with charges held until after the flight.
3. How quickly can I board a Jet?
Your boarding speed depends on how swiftly you can sign the contract and transfer funds. With over 15,000 private jets worldwide ready at a moment's notice, we can accommodate last-minute or early morning flights. Boarding can occur in as little as 1 hour if the jet is ready, or within 3-6 hours if repositioning and crew changes are needed.
4. What is an FBO (Fixed Based Operation)?
An FBO is the private jet terminal, where you'll drive up to meet your jet. FBOs vary in style, offering amenities such as private jet door access, waiting areas with coffee and snacks, and even movie theaters.
Detached from commercial terminals, FBOs provide a quieter, safer, and queue-free environment.
5. How many passengers can I fly with?
The number of passengers varies by the type of private jet, ranging from 6-9 in a Midsize jet to over 25 in a commercial airliner. Our diverse fleet ensures accommodations for various group sizes.

6. Will there be food on my flight?
Catering is covered on short flights, including sandwiches and crudité platters.
Longer flights offer more extensive meal options.
Special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies are addressed to ensure a delightful dining experience.
7. Can I bring or order specific food?
Absolutely! Inform your broker of any specific preferences or requests, and feel free to bring your favorite items on board.
8. What is an Empty Leg Flight?
An empty-leg flight is a one-way journey as the aircraft repositions or relocates.
These flights, available at a lower cost, are ideal for spontaneous travel.
9. Will there be a Flight Attendant on my flight?
The inclusion of a flight attendant varies by aircraft type.
Superlight, light, and mid-size jets may not have one by default, but arrangements can be made upon request.
Super mid-size, heavy, and ultra-long-range jets typically include a flight attendant unless otherwise specified by passengers.
