From time to time, people slide into my inbox asking about roles, referrals, or “a quick question.”
Happy to engage. Truly.
But here’s a little observation from the field:
This isn’t about formalities.
It’s about vibes.
A casual “Merry Christmas” when it’s Christmas.
A “Hope you’re having a great evening” when you message late.
Tiny human signals that say: I’m talking to a person, not a search engine.
You can tell me how detail-oriented you are, how you handle UHNW clients, how calm you stay under pressure.
But hospitality doesn’t start onboard.
It doesn’t start in training.
It starts the second you open your mouth or hit send.
Energy speaks before credentials.
